Fulton’s Crab House – Sea Scallops

We were craving for some seafood while in Florida during our Disney vacation.  Not sure which restaurant to try, we decided on Fulton’s Crab House in Downtown Disney.  Walking on the boardwalk, we were gravitated towards the river boat restaurant, all lit up in the night.

With so many succulent choices to choose from, we decided on sea scallops for appetizer.  They were sweet, soft and melted in my mouth.  The sauce gave it a nice flavor and wasn’t overpowering.  The spinach and mushrooms added some substance to the fresh scallops.
